See what home improvement preventions actions we took!
Now that the home improvement downstairs where we lived before the flood in July 2018 is nearly completed, we are faced with more water seepage problems. For a change the water is coming in through the foundation. Luckily we were able to channel the water to a drain hole... with duct tape and lumber.
In addition to that all the snow is melting. Now in general that is good news as it allows us to continue our school bus conversion soon, but it is a lot of snow and when that melts, it turns into water.... and too much water adds to the water table... sooooo watch the videos of what actions we took to prevent more flooding from happening:
